Utilizing our Management Exam and Diagnosis Audit we define the complexity of the doctor’s and practice concerns. We can provide three levels of service depending on the needs of the practice

The largest group of practices we work with are those where the doctor and team have heard Jenny over the years. After the Practice Diagnosis confirms the practice is indeed in great shape, and on track to reach their defined goals, the majority of these practices recognize the benefits of enrolling in the Level One: Monitoring and Fine-Tuning Program. This program provides them with the on-going support services and structure necessary to ensure they remain focused and on task.

The next group we work with may, or may not, have heard Jenny in person or through our Learn at Home programs. Currently, they are experiencing an immediate management problem. Each practice’s solutions is handled by one of the two following programs, depending on the type of problems being experienced:

►   The problem/issue is quickly identified, the doctor and team request the solution and then decide they can implement the changes themselves. We remain available to them in the Level Two: On-Call Program.

►   The problems/issues are identified but the doctor and team feel overwhelmed by the prospect of handling the needed changes without outside support. They enroll in our Level Three: Coaching Program which allows them to receive their own customized Action Plan and all the support, follow up and direction needed to make their practice healthy again.
