Coaching by Design Program
JdSG Coaching by Design Program offers ‘personalized service and customized solutions’
A practice needing more structure, support and assistance than is provided by attending a seminar or listening to an audio program, will find it with our Coaching by Design program.
Our Partners in Practice service is available to help the doctor identify concerns, design solutions and offer hands-on help and support for the doctor and team to implement the needed changes in a positive and supportive manner.
Step One
We invite the practice to complete a six page questionnaire:
- 2-3 hours to complete, based on the practice’s familiarity with their computer reports
- Three of six pages can be completed by the Office Manager, (approximately 60% of information)
- Remaining three pages require approximately one hour of the doctor’s time
- Initial telephone call with the doctor is scheduled 2 weeks ahead, allowing time for data gathering
- Information is held by JdSG International Inc Consulting Team in total confidence
Step Two
Initial telephone call takes place between the doctor and JdSG Coach (60 minutes):
- We share our Summation of Findings and Recommendations from analyzing the completed questionnaire
- When decision to proceed with the Recommendation has been made by the doctor and coach …
- We prepare and submit the Coaching Agreement. Upon receipt …
- We schedule conference call with the doctor (see Step Four)
Step Three
Our Consulting Team designs the customized Action Plan (25 to 30 pages) to:
- Identify existing situations, problems and concerns
- Identify the doctor’s, and practice’s goals, objectives, wants and desires
- Set specific benchmarks so the practice can monitor progress
- Prioritize order in which issues are to addressed, always ensuring #1 issue is handled first
Step Four
Conference call held with the doctor (1 to 2 hours) for us to:
- Present our full Findings and Recommendations
- Reconfirm the Priorities and Goals
- Summarize Customized Action Plan and divide into manageable parts so the doctor and team are not overwhelmed (which impedes implementation) and set Time Lines
- Forward a written summary of Findings and Recommendations to the doctor
- If an on-site visit is necessary, it is scheduled at this time
We work with our clients by posting their Action Plan on a special secured Web site dedicated just to our coaching clients. This allows us to better work with our clients in the following areas:
- Teleconferences
- Regular on-line coaching sessions
- Monthly telephone conference call with the doctor
- Bi-monthly telephone calls with the staff
- Action Plan progress monitoring with our secure web-based system
- Telephone access between scheduled calls when needed
- Forms, templates, handouts and other support material to make implementation easier
- In-house preparation and follow up administration as needed to support all client activity
- 35% courtesy savings on our educational Learn at Home programs during Coaching Program, (20% when enrolled in the Coaching Continuing Care program)
