Jenny de St. Georges

Jennifer de St. Georges is an internationally renowned dental practice management educator. She has spoken at virtually every leading dental meeting in the United States, Canada and the UK. Mary Ann Michael, RDA-EF

Mary Ann’s formal education in Clinical Assisting and Extended Functions, combined with more than 20 years of hands-on experience, provides a rich foundation for Mary Ann’s Clinical coaching for chair-side services and patient communication.

She has proven to be a wealth of information to the new or established dentist who is setting up and organizing his/her treatment rooms and sterilization center and a master at time and motion efficiency in the treatment room. Clients are impressed with her gentle touch, her ability to anticipate, her beautiful temporary crowns and her exceptional communication skills with patients.

Mary Ann’s approach is to observe initially to assess the training needs. Demonstration of the desired skills provides clear expectations for the observer and is followed by side-by-side guidance of the trainee until competence is achieved. Mary Ann’s patience and compassion, combined with her professionalism and her very positive approach to how she shares her knowledge with the clients, makes the program very stimulating and productive.

A dental practice is never able to reach its full potential unless the doctor and clinical team’s role is totally integrated into all management aspects of the practice. It is essential that the doctor be fully supported at the chair by the entire clinical team. Ida Taft

Ida holds a unique position in dental coaching. After 30 years of working in practices, both as practice administrator to a five doctor, fifteen employee practice, and in several clinical assisting positions, her coaching role today is that of our Off-Site Coach.

Utilizing our Practice Exam and Diagnosis System, and asking questions of the doctor on the telephone, with her quiet and supportive approach, she is able find a practice’s main problems as effectively as if she had been on site.

Once the customized Action Plan has been developed, Ida is there to support, cajole, and motivate doctor and team to make the agreed upon changes. She has shown herself to be unsurpassed as a problem solver and mediator, a key component for a consultant to truly help clients reach their target goals. Her coaching greatly benefits from her business background and Leadership and Time Management experience.

Donna Swanson

Donna’s remarkable business and dental management background provides her with a wealth of experience from which her coaching clients truly benefit. Additionally Donna’s extensive accounting knowledge allows her to fully understand a practice’s bottom line enabling her to identify the problems behind the numbers and develop a customized plan to correct the issues.

Donna’s broad experience of the dental software vendors, and how their systems work, allows her to utilize the information from the computer reports so that the client’s Action Plan covers exactly what is truly needed for each practice. Her attention to detail is unsurpassed and the doctor and team have learned that nothing misses her scrutiny.

Compassionate and flexible (but results oriented) best describe Donna. She is a master at adapting to various work environments and a professional when dealing with challenging situations. Laura A. Mallery-Sayre, R.D.H., M.S.D.H. Ed

Laura graduated in Dental Hygiene from the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine in 1969. Her dedication to the profession of dental hygiene spans over 30 years. She brings tremendous knowledge, experience and prestige to the hygiene consulting division of CB&A. Her educational and professional accomplishments are too numerous to mention in full; she is an Educator in the truest form.

Laura’s many accomplishments and awards for outstanding skill and contribution to the dental hygiene profession surpass those of any other dental hygiene clinician in the nation. She is active in research and has held board membership within many dental manufacturing firms during her career. We can depend on Laura to provide our clients and their hygienists with the latest in research and the most advanced and effective techniques available in dental hygiene today. Our clients have expressed astonishment and appreciation for the level of knowledge that Laura provides when she consults.

Laura, a sought-after speaker, consistently receives rave reviews for her information packed educational seminars. She is dedicated to the successful future of her profession and contributes to this goal through her tireless efforts with in the Dental Hygiene Association She is politically active with in her state and has played a major role in obtaining changes with in the profession that impact every practicing hygienist.

Laura is also a practicing clinical hygienist in Hawaii. She manages the hygiene department and serves as office manager and co-owner with in her husband’s very successful dental practice. Laura has developed impressive skills in fully utilizing a clinical hygiene assistant. Her hygiene department is extremely productive and delivers the highest quality of preventive and periodontal therapy. Laura’s effective communication skills ensure that patients are successfully motivated to accept treatment, honor and respect their appointment time and become active participants in achieving sound dental health.
