Coaching by Design
When a practice acknowledges a need for a personalized approach to solving management problems, its needs usually fall within one of the three following categories.
Practice A recognizes the problems and realizes the need for outside help to provide the structure, support and assistance necessary to implement change in a timely fashion with minimum stress.
Practice B acknowledges ‘things are not right,’ but is not able to identify the problems.
Practice C is experiencing low morale because ‘we always talk about it, but nothing ever changes’ has become the norm, and this is sapping the team’s energy.
If you recognize your practice in A, B or C and feel it would be beneficial to work with a resource providing a customized hands-on approach offering solutions and techniques, direction and support, monitoring and consistent follow up; you are a candidate to see which companies in the marketplace offer a service best suited to your specific needs.
